1. Who is responsible?

Clevaro Webdesign is a proposition of Clevaro. Clevaro is responsible for processing personal data received through this environment.

2. Which information do we use?

For an extensive enquiry, we may ask for your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, website URL, project requirements, objectives, desired functionality, schedule and additional explanation. For a callback request, we ask for your name, telephone number, preferred time and, optionally, a short description of your question.

The forms are not intended for medical information, national identification numbers or other special categories of personal data. Please do not share such information.

3. What do we use the information for?

We use the information solely to assess your enquiry, respond personally within one working day, prepare an introductory conversation and — if you become a client — perform the agreed project. The legal basis is your request for contact or the preparation and performance of an agreement.

4. Form processing through Netlify

Enquiries and callback requests are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in Clevaro's secured Netlify environment. Netlify processes this information on Clevaro's behalf. Only authorised people with access to Clevaro's environment can view and follow up the submissions.

5. Retention and sharing

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete the contact and enquiry information within twelve months. Information that becomes part of client or financial records is retained for as long as required by law. We never sell information and share it only with service providers necessary for secure processing or when required by law.

6. Website use and fonts

This environment does not use advertising cookies or commercial tracking. Google Fonts may be loaded for typography; Google may consequently receive technical information such as your IP address. This aspect will be reviewed technically and legally before the final live launch.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent previously given. Send your request to info@clevaro.eu. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than the statutory deadline.
